Lifetime Warranty
All our diamond jewelry is crafted using the highest quality materials and thoroughly inspected before shipment. Once you receive your item, you can have it professionally cleaned and inspected locally. Many jewelry stores provide these services for free, including steam cleaning and checking the prongs for tightness, regardless of where you made your purchase. You can also clean the jewelry yourself with a jewelry cleaner or a toothbrush and warm soapy water.
We stand behind every item we sell and guarantee that all products will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. If there is ever an issue with your jewelry, you can send it back to our offices for inspection. If the problem is determined to be a structural defect, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. If the damage is due to normal wear and tear, we will repair your jewelry at cost. You can also return your jewelry for free prong tightening, re-polishing, rhodium plating, and cleaning for the lifetime of your fine jewelry.

Shipping Details
- Madano insures and registers all items for their full value.
- We use only FedEx services for the fastest and safest delivery of high-value packages.
- All deliveries must be made to a physical business or home address; we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
- An adult signature is required for all packages.
- For international packages valued under $500, Madano uses USPS (United States Postal Service). For items over $500, we use FedEx International Priority.
To estimate customs and duties, use our Tax and Shipping Calculator by entering the cost of your Madano item and selecting your shipping country. This will provide an approximate calculation of the customs and duties you may be asked to pay.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes, or surcharges levied by their country, so be sure to check with local authorities before placing your order.
Military personnel overseas can have packages shipped to an APO or FPO location free of charge. Please note that APO/FPO shipments are made through USPS and may take up to three weeks to arrive.

- Contact our Customer Service department at sales@madano.com.
- Inform the representative that you wish to return your order.
- Within one business day, we will email you instructions on how to safely and securely package your items.
- Take your order to the nearest FedEx/UPS/USPS location and mail it back to us. If you need packaging materials, FedEx/UPS/USPS will assist you.
- All refunds will be processed within two business days in the form of the original payment method.
Additional Terms & Conditions
Items sent to our office without a Return Authorization Number (RAN), shipped beyond the 30-day return period, or improperly packaged or uninsured will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition" to qualify for a refund or exchange. Items showing signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than Madano will not be accepted.
Lifetime Upgrade
Any item purchased from Madano can be exchanged for 100% credit toward any replacement diamond of at least 2X or greater in value. The diamond being upgraded must be in its original condition and accompanied by the original laboratory grading document.
