Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are proud to offer FREE FedEx® shipping on every order within the U.S. and to over 43 international countries. All Madano purchases qualify for free expedited shipping. Shipments are fully insured and sent via FedEx 2-Day service after processing is completed. Since jewelry is often gifted for special occasions, we offer flexible shipping options to help you create wonderful surprises. We can ship to the nearest FedEx location for secure pick-up or to an alternate address to maintain the element of surprise.

Need your order faster? Upgraded overnight service is available upon request for a small fee. We also offer FedEx International Priority for worldwide shipping. Delivery times depend on the country’s customs procedures. Clients are responsible for any duties and taxes.

Are your shipments secure?

Yes. All items are fully insured during transit, and we require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.

What if my jewlry gets lost during shipment?

Madano takes every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. Your order is fully insured during transit, and we require a signature for every package to ensure it reaches you securely.

Do you have gemologist on staff?

Yes. We have Graduate Gemologists on staff who are integral to our customer service team. If you have any questions, you can speak with one of our gemologists for expert advice at any time.

Are your diamonds real?

Yes, all of our diamonds are 100% real. We carry both natural mined diamonds and lab-grown diamonds. Every piece of jewelry comes with a diamond certification, as well as an appraisal document for insurance purposes.

Do your items come with certificates & appraisals?

Yes. Every item we sell comes with a detailed certificate of authenticity and an appraisal for insurance purposes. Most rings come with a diamond report from leading gemological laboratories like GIA, IGI, or AIG, depending on your choice.

Do you charge tax for international orders?

Value-added tax (VAT) and other duties may be charged to international clients by your local customs office. VAT rates are determined by your location. Please contact your local FedEx office for the exact rate at the time of delivery. For further information, feel free to reach out to us.

Insurance & long-term care

All jewelry purchased from Madano is eligible for free cleaning services every 12 months. You may also return your jewelry to our offices for prong tightening, re-polishing, rhodium plating, and cleaning at manufacturer cost. For more information, contact our Customer Service team.

What is covered by your lifetime warranty?

Our lifetime warranty covers services such as cleaning, polishing, prong tightening, and rhodium plating at manufacturer cost. While our warranty covers maintenance, we highly recommend insuring your jewelry for loss, damage, or theft. We suggest using Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company for comprehensive coverage.

Do you provide insurance appraisals?

Yes. Every engagement ring or piece of fine jewelry comes with a full insurance appraisal document to ensure your item is properly covered.

Nervous that you've ordered the incorrect ring size?

No problem! We offer free ring resizing for up to 60 days after your purchase. Once resized, we’ll send the ring back to you via FedEx 2-Day service free of charge.

What if I need help placing an order?

How long after I order will my item be shipped?


Most items ship within 1-3 weeks after processing is completed. Once shipped, you will receive your item within 2 business days with FedEx 2-Day service.

Can I ship to an address that is different from my billing address?

Yes. During checkout, simply enter the desired shipping address, and we will ship the order there.

How do I find my ring size?

We provide a printable ring size guide and tips for measuring your finger to ensure a perfect fit. You can find our Ring Size Guide on the Madano website. We also offer free resizing for the first year after purchase.

What are conflict-free diamonds?

Madano is committed to sourcing conflict-free diamonds. We adhere to the Kimberley Process, which ensures that our diamonds are ethically sourced and not used to fund conflict. All of our diamonds are guaranteed to be conflict-free.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. For orders over $1,000, many customers prefer paying via wire transfer, which comes with a 1.5% discount. Contact us for wire transfer instructions. Please note, international orders or orders exceeding $20,000 may require payment by wire transfer at our discretion.

Can I pay with two different credit cards?

Yes. If you’d like to split your payment between two different cards, please contact us, and we’ll assist you with the process.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

Sales tax is only charged on orders shipped to locations within the U.S., based on your local tax rates.

Do you ship to military APO addresses?

Yes. We are happy to ship to military personnel at APO/FPO addresses via USPS Registered Mail. Please note: registered mail shipments may take up to three weeks for delivery.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% happy with your item, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange—no restocking fees, no questions asked. Check our Refund Policy page.

Do you have an upgrade policy?


Yes! Any diamond can be exchanged for 100% credit toward a new purchase valued at least twice the original amount. The diamond being upgraded must be in its original condition and accompanied by the original grading report. We can also remodel most rings to fit your new diamond for a minimal fee.
