MADANO UPGRADE GUIDELINES
Diamond:
- All GIA, AGS, and IGI graded diamonds purchased from Madano are eligible.
- You will receive a credit equal to 100% of the original purchase price toward a new diamond.
- The price of your new diamond must be at least double the original diamond's price.
- Your diamond must be in its original condition with the accompanying diamond grading report.
- Any damage to the original diamond may disqualify it from our upgrade program.
Settings:
- The credit value will be based solely on the value of the diamond.
- If your existing setting fits your new diamond and is in reusable condition, we will set your new diamond in the original setting.
- If your original setting cannot be reused, you can either keep the setting or accept a credit as determined by Madano.
Diamond Grading Reports:
- The original diamond grading report must also be returned with the diamond.
