If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you can return it to us for inspection. Should we find that your merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it. If the original item is no longer available, Madano may, at its discretion, replace it with a similar item or provide a refund equal to the selling price of the original item or component.
If the damage is determined not to be from a manufacturing defect, we will inform you and offer repair services at cost or provide other available options.
Please note that slight irregularities, variations in craftsmanship, natural characteristics, or internal inclusions in gemstones are unique and intrinsic to each item. These characteristics are part of the item's nature and should not be considered defects.
Complimentary Cleaning and Inspection
Services for Diamond Engagement Rings
We recommend having your diamond ring cleaned and inspected every twelve months or after any potential trauma. Regular inspections can help prevent the loss of a stone and prolong the life of your jewelry. This service is complimentary for Madano customers on their Madano diamond rings, with the customer covering shipping costs. Repairs to the ring mounting can also be performed during this time at cost.
Lifetime Upgrade Policy
Every jewel purchased at Madano qualifies for a lifetime upgrade at the value paid. Upgrade your jewelry anytime by returning your piece and paying the difference for your new selection. Renew and refresh your jewelry annually to keep it vibrant and elegant.
Conditions and Exclusions
The Lifetime Warranty and Complimentary Services are available exclusively to the original purchaser of the product from Madano.
Any maintenance, repair, resizing, or other services performed by anyone other than Madano will void the Manufacturer Warranty.
Please note that fine jewelry is not immune to normal wear, activities, or trauma. This is especially true for rings, which are often subjected to significant wear and tear. Our warranty does not cover damage from normal wear, product loss, loss of stones, or theft. Damage or loss resulting from not obtaining necessary repairs to maintain the product's integrity is also not covered.
